Tin Can Alley is walking distance from the home. (Restaurants, Breweries, climbing gym, Entertainment Venue) Starbucks, Flying Star coffee and desert shop, Trader Joe's, Kroger (Smith's), and Albertsons are all conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive of the home. Don't forget to try the world-famous Dion's Pizza, Vintage Bar/Restaurant or La Reforma Distillery that are just a 5-minute drive. If you love to golf or gamble, Sandia Resort and Casino is a short 10-minute drive away. The city's best park, North Domingo Baca is within walking distance of the home. The park includes a large grassy area, play equipment, a dog park, tennis courts, handball courts, and a walking path. The majestic Sandia Mountains are just a 10 minute drive You can hike, bike, or take a ride on the world-famous Tramway. Beautiful and very comfortable home and back yard in a nice and conveniently located neighborhood. The owner thought of every convenience in this home and responded so nicely to our needs. Nice mountain view while walking the neighborhood. Best sleep Ive gotten in a while and I don't get that in any hotel. So glad I booked this property! I will book it again. Thank you Jake!

Balloon fiesta fun!

Great home base for our adventures

The location worked great for our travels around ABQ and Santa Fe. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed having games for nights we kicked our feet up. We had everything we needed and would return if we visit ABQ in the future. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood much and drove anywhere we needed to go.

Great location close to everything we needed. House was clean and well furnished, will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Small but quiet yard is perfect for your pup, also the ability to put your vehicle in the garage was a major plus.. Highly recommend!

Clean spacious home on a quiet street

Recently spent 2 nights here, traveling with 3 adults and a small dog - the home was spacious and very clean, the street was very quiet, in a nice neighborhood, and the backyard with adjacent sun room was a very good feature (including the dog run on the side). Will definitely stay in this home again next time we're in ABQ!

Ladies trip for Balloon Fiesta

The property was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. The house was just as described and the owner provided many extras to make the stay more comfortable. Location could not have been better for the Balloon Fiesta and close to other attractions around the area. Would definitely recommend this property. We were here for a week.

Great location for Vacation

This house was perfect for our vacation in New Mexico. We have visited the Albuquerque area at least once a year for the last 10 years and loved this location. Hiking, biking, restaurants, site seeing were all close by. The property had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed cooking meals and for a wonderful surprise, there is a fantastic park within walking distance. Our host, Jake, made the process very easy and checked on us to make sure we were doing well.
