This was a very cute house. We really liked it BUT it needs to be noted that the 4th bedroom is really a converted closet inside the master bedroom, so is technically only a 3 bedroom house with 5 beds. It would be great for kids who can stay in the same room with parents, but turned out to be awkward for an adult having to stay in the same room with a couple. Otherwise, the house was lovely and conveniently located.
This property was so great. It fit all of our needs and then some! Great area and views of the mountains! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here in the future!
Growing up in Albuquerque, and being away for length of time, brought me to wanting to rent a home with a sunset view. We got exactly what we wanted! Every night. For me, you can’t put a price on this view it was so worth it! Beds are comfortable, nice to be able to do laundry, and also nice to be able to cook. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and such. We enjoyed several of the games and the yoga mats that were provided. Anyone would be lucky to be able to rent this place!
This was a great place for our family to gather and celebrate our parents' 50th. Very family and group friendly.
Plenty of towels and amenities. The laundry area and coffee bar were great. Beautiful patio views.
The bunk beds were smaller than twin size, for families planning out bed space.
Beautiful property with a fantastic patio and city view. We had a great time and will happily use again next time we're in town visiting family. The whole experience was easy peasy!
I can’t express how pleased I was with this property. I travel frequently and the level of thought, design, and care for comfort is unmatched. This home has all the amenities and so many thoughtful extras. It is conveniently located for lots of fun experiences in the area and in a lovely neighborhood that was safe and had plenty of parking. This would be a great property for kids and pets if any families are looking to stay. Thank you very much to the host for such a lovely experience!
This house was perfect for my large family. It was my mother in laws birthday so the whole fam wanted to be together under one roof, so we rented the entire building. We were VERY impressed with all the amenities that were provided, communication with the host was great, location is great and safe. We are locals to New Mexico, so already had plans for what we were going to do for our trip, but if you are coming to Albuquerque for the first time this house is an amazing option for you. She had all the information you could possibly need, amazing suggestions for things to do, restaurants, and even lists of places you could take your fur babies.
Overall we were all very pleased with this house!
Overall this was a great house to stay in! I definitely recommend it for a family. And while I was not there for the balloon festival, the view out the back of the home is astounding and I’m sure it would be wonderful when peppered with hot air balloons! For us, the house was close to where we needed to be with a lot of support from hosts for finding hiking and eating recommendations. It was very clean and felt comfortable for the whole group of us. Small things to note - the house is not 4 bedrooms. It’s 3 and there is a converted closet with bunk beds in it. Those beds are about half the width of a twin mattress. Good for kids and totally worked out for my 4 year old, if not what we expected. The listing also says there is a crib on site, but it’s a bassinet for an infant. The hosts were clear and accessible in their communications with us. They must rent the individual rooms sometimes, but I would have loved if we could have disabled the interior locks on the bedroom doors since we’d rented the entire home.
This house was even better than the pictures. It very spacious, the kitchen is nice and has any utensil you could need. It was cold so we didn't really use the deck or yard but it would be such a fun place to spend time in good weather. The fence very secure if you have a dog and it's quiet outside. We dint make it in time for sunset but the city lights view is spectacular. Also, love that it's walking distance to trails. I wish we had more time to explore!
Fantastic place...A on everything about it...the host literally thought of everything and had it all laid out perfectly upon arrival...I can't say enough good things about it...
Comfortable home with all the amenities. We hosted my brother’s wedding rehearsal dinner on the back porch with ease. All questions were answered quickly, and in a friendly manner. We would rent this house again!
Awesome house and was perfect for our needs. We could not have asked for a better setup to support a family of 6. House was very, very clean and very much pet friendly. This will be our house of choice for our next trip to ABQ!
Meeting family in Albuquerque, and this place couldn’t have been more perfect for our specific needs. The bunk beds for the little kids was perfect, and the games and activities for the others was more than enough. Luxurious master bed/bath was a plus, and we took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit plenty, while enjoying the city lights down in the valley. Close to the Copper trailhead which was great, I ended up hiking to the top of South Sandia. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful when we called in a panic over an issue with plumbing (somebody broke a washer in the bathtub faucet and we couldn’t find the water shutoff).

Not so happy New Year
We wanted to love this property but couldn’t.The ups… The view, the backyard, the stocked coffee makers, nice towels, robes, murals. It’s proximity to family we visited. The downs…4th BR is a closet in the Master, forcing my son to sleep on the couch. Had I known this, I would have passed on this rental. One bed had sheets that had cigarette burns from previous guest, leaving us to fear none of the sheets had been changed. Had my son told me before the last day I would have pitched a fit on day 1. By the morning we left, his GF broke out in hives. We are all non-smokers. The fire table never worked even after contacting host.Host took hours to respond to issues, leaving us to cope alone. When we left during the day and overnight, the NEST moved to the 60s, making it uncomfortable. We always returned to a frigid house. The microwave tripped the breaker mid-breakfast day3. Had I not complained about the fire table and had the code to unlock the garage where the breakers are, breakfast would have been raw. There are not enough glasses/plates/bowls for advertised guests. No foil either. There are so many signs telling guests what not to do it makes guests feel guilty for standing in the home. The walls are so thin everything is heard by all in the home, tossing privacy and intimacy out the window. The view is awesome, but it's too bad the rest of the house doesn’t live up to the listing's promises.
