"They knew we are a party of 3 and yet the bathroom was supplied with 2 bathtowels, 1 silver dollar size soap at the sink but none in the shower, shower supplies were 1 tube of conditioner - 2 tubes of body lotion with all being different brands, but no shampoo. The face tissue box had only 4 sheets ..."
