This is a brand new house, completed in 2025, designed from the start to offer comfort, privacy and a relaxed atmosphere.

Court hours start at 10pm, as we are located in a quiet residential area and Family-friendly.

• Keep the balcony clean and tidy.
• Do not leave trash, cups, bottles, or ashes in sight.
• Respect the tranquility of the building — total silence is requested between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• It is forbidden to use the pool outside the hours permitted by the condominium.

🔊 Noise and Parties

• Silence is mandatory between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• Parties are strictly prohibited.
• Loud music, shouting, and disruptive behaviour are not allowed.
• The property has surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas: next to the building entrance, next to the pool, and next to the apartment entrance.
• If any breaches are detected, an immediate report will be made to the platform's Customer Support and, if necessary, to the competent authorities.
• We remind you that respecting these rules is essential to maintaining a peaceful and safe environment for everyone. • Any violation may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund and other legal consequences. • Tobacco • Smoking is prohibited inside the house. • You may smoke on the balcony, but please use ashtrays. • If you smoke by the pool, please clean up the cigarette butts. • Consumables and Linens Provided: We provide the following basic consumables as an initial courtesy: • Some basic spices (salt and pepper) • 6 coffee capsules • 1 roll of kitchen paper • 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom • Linen included in the stay: • 1 set of bed linen per bed (considering 1 bed for every 2 guests) • 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per Guest
