Villa Cristiano is a fantastic property located in the village of Branqueira, less than 10 minutes from the beach, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Prioritizing everyone's privacy, this single-storey and fully private villa features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, barbecue, private pool, and a fantastic garden.



Upon entering, on the right side, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another en-suite with two single beds. There is also a bathroom, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, equipped with a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, stove, and utensils.



On the left side, there are the remaining 3 bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a double bed, and a third en-suite, furnished with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. This wing has another equipped kitchen, as well as spacious living and dining areas to accommodate the entire group. There is also an additional bathroom.



Outside, a well-maintained garden, the incredible private pool, and a sunbathing area invite relaxation. The barbecue and outdoor table create the perfect setting for outdoor meals with a view of the garden.



The village of Branqueira offers a tranquil environment, with a mini-market, restaurants, and bars. Santa Eulália beach and a golf course are just a few minutes away. The famous Oura area (Strip), known for its vibrant nightlife, is only 5 minutes by car. This stunning villa is ideal for those seeking relaxation and comfort, near the beautiful beaches of the Algarve.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
