Villa Punta Cana is a welcoming and spacious residence, ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquillity during a holiday in Albufeira.



The living room offers a bright and welcoming environment for moments of togetherness, connected to the dining area, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with three single beds and private bathroom, and a third bedroom with a double bed. This floor also has an additional bathroom.



The fully equipped kitchen ensures all the practicality necessary to prepare meals for groups, keeping the environment functional and comfortable.



On the outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost) is the highlight of the space, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor dining area that invites you to make the most of sunny days.



Villa Punta Cana is ideally situated, close to supermarkets, beaches and the main attractions of Albufeira, offering an unforgettable holiday with all the comfort.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 12th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
