The cozy and peaceful gated-condominium of Quinta da Barracuda in Albufeira is only 200 meters from the nearest beach (Praia dos Alemães) and a 10 minutes walk from the Main Strip of Albufeira where daytime, evening, and late night entertainment abound.

The quaint Old Town of Albufeira sits just 1.5 kilometers away in the other direction. The beach Praia dos Alemães connects directly to the famous old town Fisherman's Beach (Praia dos Pescadores), which means a sandy 20-minute walk can take you directly to the old center of Albufeira.

As well as a large swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, the condominium has a special beach-access gate along with free front courtyard and underground garage parking.

The apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and board, etc. The bedroom has a large wardrobe for neatly storing all clothing items. A flat-screen TV in the living room is set up with IPTV, giving access to channels and broadcasts from all over the world, and stylish and comfortable indoor and outdoor dining furniture make for a relaxing experience when supping in situ.

One bath, hand and beach towel is provided per guest. All beds are dressed with linen appropriate to the season. Extra towels and linen, as well as mid-stay cleans, are available at an additional cost.
