Villa Florida is a magnificent property located in Corcovada, Albufeira, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, fun, and proximity to some of the Algarve’s most stunning beaches.



The spacious living and dining area offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. From this space, you have direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, creating the ideal setting for leisure and socializing.



On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of which has a private bathroom with a shower. There is also an additional bathroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both have private bathrooms with showers and balconies with sea views.



On the lower floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms, all with two single beds, offering a peaceful and cozy environment to rest after a day in the sun. This floor also features a bathroom with a shower, ensuring practicality and additional comfort.



The property includes a games room equipped with a snooker table, table tennis, and table football, providing entertainment for all ages.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering convenience for preparing meals throughout your stay.



Outside, the villa features a large private heated pool (additional cost), a well-kept garden, and a BBQ area perfect for outdoor dining. The entire space is fully enclosed, ensuring privacy and security.



Just a few minutes’ drive from beaches such as Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa, and Oura, and close to restaurants, bars, golf courses, and Albufeira’s town center, Villa Florida offers an exceptional location for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



Located right next to Villa Florida is its sister property, Villa California. Both villas can be booked simultaneously for large groups.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
