I have never in all the times I have traveled that i went though what I did with this condo. Starting with arriving the first night after traveling over 20 hours to find that there was no key in the code box. They informed me in a email that night while I was traveling and had no way to receive it that the contractor did not finish a bathroom reno. They had a 9 month notice for my reservation. Once i finally did get into the condo the next night after 9 pm (which was another lost day of vacation) to find out that the toilet would not flush properly. They sent the contractor back and he told me it was a structural issue and that I would need to use a floor mop as a plunger everytime I needed to flush the toilet. I told them that that was unexceptable and I wanted a refund for the days owing . It took over a week to receive my money so I could rent another condo for the remaining time left . There were other issues and I have copies of all emails and pictures if you would like to see them. I would never recommend this condo or dealing with hosewise on any rental property.
