Villa Agadir is an elegant and spacious property in Albufeira, ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy memorable holidays in the Algarve. This modern villa offers all the comfort and amenities for a relaxing stay.



On the ground floor, there is a suite with a double bed and a double sofa bed, with a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a service bathroom. The living room, spacious and cozy, has a double sofa bed, a two-seater sofa, and two armchairs, creating a perfect space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, washing machine, and dishwasher, ideal for preparing meals with convenience.



On the first floor, there are three additional suites. A twin suite with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower base, and two suites (one twin and one double) both with private bathrooms with bathtubs. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.



The lower floor has a garage and a ping-pong table, ensuring extra fun for guests.



Outside, the heated pool (available at an additional cost) stands out, perfect for refreshing dips throughout the year. The leisure area includes a barbecue, sun loungers, and a dining table for 8 people, ideal for outdoor meals.

Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices up to 8 people.

From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional value will be charged that includes an additional bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
