Located in Albufeira, Olhos de Água, this bright and spacious semi-detached house offers the ideal refuge for holidays in the Algarve. Situated in a closed condominium with five houses and a common swimming pool, the house stands out for its generous living area of 140m2.



The house consists of three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and access to a private balcony. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, while the other two share two full bathrooms with a bathtub, in addition to a service toilet.



The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities, including washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine (filters), toaster, juicer and magic wand. The dining area opens onto the comfortable living room, which in turn leads directly to the private terrace. This terrace is perfect for outdoor meals, offering a barbecue and three sunbeds to relax.



For entertainment, the house has a TV with cable connection and free internet access via WiFi. All rooms and main areas are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort in any season of the year.



The central location is one of the great advantages, allowing easy access to the beach just 650 metres away, as well as to supermarkets, restaurants and local shops. Great bus connections are available nearby, providing convenient access to Albufeira's old town, ideal for those who wish to explore without a car.



This property is the perfect choice for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming environment during their holidays in the Algarve.
