Escape and relax in this stylish, comfortably furnished townhouse set within a private condominium central to Old Town Albufeira and the Marina. With two sun terraces, relaxed open-plan layout and beautiful surroundings, making the home well suited for short breaks, holidays, or extended Algarve living and/or working, a home away from home.

Located in the private Alto do Moinho condominium, the home combines privacy and peace with sea-view surroundings and easy access to the several beaches, Old Town dining, and marina activities — all within a short walk.



The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area that opens onto a terrace with additional outdoor dining, designed for everyday comfort and relaxation in a high-quality setting. The living area includes a 65" Smart TV and soundbar for entertainment and the kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher, washing machine and automatic coffee machine with grinder.



Upstairs, the sun terrace offers comfortable seating and sun loungers, while the bedroom provides a queen-size bed, large build-in wardrobe, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and patio doors leading to a small terrace with sunrise views toward the Old Town and beach. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sinks, WC and bidet.



Fast, unlimited Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning throughout, linens, towels, beach towels, umbrellas, and private parking are included. Baby equipment is available on request.

Perfect Stay!

The apartment was perfect for our needs. The staff we had inactions with were all very professional, friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful however, due the weather, we weren't able to make the most of them. Access to the various places of interest was also perfect.
