On the ground floor, there is a dining room, a cosy living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a social bathroom and a veranda with barbecue and outdoor dining table.



On the upper floor, the master suite has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. There is also a double room, a room with bunk bed and single bed, as well as a common bathroom with bathtub. A balcony with sea view and seating area completes the environment.



All rooms have air conditioning and guests can enjoy the common areas of the condominium, which include a shared pool for adults and children and an outdoor games area.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Price for up to 7 guests

From the 8th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only € 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
