Welcome to Villa Laiya, an elegant 4-bedroom villa with capacity for 9+3 guests, located in the tranquil residential area of Montechoro, Albufeira. This charming villa is within walking distance of bars and restaurants, making it an excellent choice for your vacation.



On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, as well as a cozy area around the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a dining table. Also on this floor, there is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, another en-suite bedroom with a double bed, and an additional bathroom. A ping-pong table is available in the villa's central patio for leisure moments.



On the upper floor, the villa has a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with balconies overlooking the sea. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower.



Outside, you can enjoy a sun terrace next to the private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, and a dining area with a barbecue.



Villa Laiya offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms.



Located near the famous Albufeira Strip, with its vast selection of bars and restaurants, and just 1.5 km from Praia d'Oura, this property offers the perfect base for an unforgettable vacation.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 9 people.

From the 10th to the 12th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
