Villa Anna is an impressive holiday home in Albufeira, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, space and a prime location.

The living and dining area is spacious and bright, tastefully decorated to provide moments of relaxation and socializing. The games room adds extra fun, featuring a snooker table and table tennis, perfect for group entertainment.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds, one with an en suite bathroom with shower and the other with an en suite bathroom with bathtub. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a fully equipped, modern kitchen, ideal for preparing and sharing meals with family and friends.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and another with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower.

In the basement there are three additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower, another with two single beds, and a third with two bunk beds, with an additional shared bathroom with shower on this floor.

Outside, Villa Anna offers a magnificent leisure area with a private pool (heatable as an extra), garden, BBQ area and a spacious terrace perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.

Located just a short walk from the center of Albufeira and a short drive from the historic center and the Peneco and Pescadores beaches, this villa combines comfort, leisure and proximity to all amenities for an unforgettable holiday.

Right next to Villa Anna is its sister property, Villa Pauline. Both properties can be booked together for large groups.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 17th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Unforgettable Albufeira Escape

Our recent holiday in Albufeira, at Villa Anna, was an absolute delight. The villa's prime location near restaurants and shops made exploring the area a breeze. Our group of 16 was accommodated comfortably in this spacious and beautifully designed villa. The heated pool was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy a swim even during cooler days. Inside, the villa was well-equipped, and confortable bedrooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the property management team's professionalism added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for an unforgettable getaway.

A lovely property and shops and restaurants near hand

Great family holiday and reps only a phone call away if you needed anything. Neighbours not friendly but we made our own fun and we're happy enough. Uber was the only way to go for taxis cheap and prompt.

The house was large enough for all 16 guests and location was great for all the different age groups. The view was not pleasant from the pool. The outdoor seating is very tired and not enough for all the guests and there is not enough cups and glasses for all the guests. Also could do with a larger fridge for the amount of guests the villa holds. Suggestions would be to check the stock in the villa between each guests stay. The air conditioning on the ground floor was not working on arrival however after messaging maintenance were quick to rectify the next day. The pool had some tiles missing from the floor which was sharp on the feet however it was well maintained by the pool man for cleanliness.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Would stay there again. Just needs a little tlc. Few tiles in the pool missing and the filter lid. Some of the bedroom doors didn’t close, but weren’t a problem. Could do with a sharper knife in the kitchen too. Apart from that we had a fabulous stay. The hosts were very tentative and got back to us almost straight away.

Amazing villa

The house offers amazing comfort for bigger groups, all the rooms are lovely and very spacious. There are more than enough bathrooms and they are very clean. The staff was very helpful. Cooking for 15 people in this house wasn't an easy task, we lacked kitchen equipement (suck as pans, pots, ...). Overall we had a lovely stay.

The villa very good accomodation with plenty of space for our party of 13. We did have a problem with cockroaches in the basement rooms but these we dealt with.Having stayed previously in both villa ana and villa pauline it was disappointing to note that Albufeira striphad deteriorated as a destination.

Brilliant family holiday

We had a brilliant family holiday in Villa Anna. It was everything we had wished for - large bedrooms, excellent kitchen and living area and a beautiful pool. It was an excellent location with supermarkets and many nice restuarants nearby. Any dealings I had with the owner Gerard were handled in a friendly but professional manner. On the holiday when I had some queries I got a speedy response and to my satisfaction. All in all a fantastic holiday and I would definetly recommend Villa Anna to any family or group of friends and someday I hope to return. Highly recommended.

The above picture is a complete falsehood. There is an apartment building looming over the pool area. There certainly were not that many umbrellas. We fought very hard to get them to understand the air conditioning was not working on the main floor. Out of the four nights there, we only had AC for one night.

As a group of 13 friends made up mainly of men in the 60 age range we found the villa a great choice. It was as advertised on the website and was in a good, clean condition although it is in need of some cosmetic maintenance. The rooms are spacious and clean. The ensuite facilities are clean and the showers are all nice and powerful.The kitchen is big and spacious and everything works although the electric hob can be a bit difficult to work out!There is a small utility room that contains a washing machine and another fridge which is definitely needed for larger parties.There were plenty of sun loungers and seating around the pool and patio areas with cushions for the loungers and some of the seats.The aircon works in the rooms.The area around the villa is quite quiet and about a 15 minute walk to the main bar street although there are smaller, quieter bars nearby.The are a few negative and important to point out.The pool is in need of repair as the pool floor has areas of missing tiles which could catch peoples feet. The broken tiles gathered around the pump which limited its use to filter the pool.The sunloungers are plastic and some were broken with one collapsing under one of our party.One of the patio chairs was cracked and unsafe, we had to make sure that particular seat was placed against the wall.There were a few other issues and these should ALL be dealt with before ANY guests arrive or should be listed for new guests to be aware as you pay a large deposit!

Villa Anna

Great location, used Uber for the old town but walked to the new town. Villa needed repairs from day 1 which we reported, they advised they would all be sorted but was not done. The patio door was off on one of the rooms but was boarded up so unsure how they thought this was acceptable. Everything was in the villa from washing machine to cutlery so no faults there.. pool was freezing but again that did not bother us. There is a sewage smell when you go to the basement but not coming from the rooms. We had a wonderful time if I’m honest snd didn’t complain because they didn’t fix the repairs. We maybe should have but hey ho we were there to have a lovely holiday. Marina is well worth going too for food and views are amazing

Fabulous holiday

The property was absolutely perfect for our group (10 adults and 5 teenagers). The property is huge and we had plenty of space. It has all of the amenities as expected. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach (20 mins) but Ubers are inexpensive. Would highly recommend.
