On the outside, you can enjoy a private pool surrounded by a garden that encompasses the entire property, creating a natural setting that conveys peace and tranquillity. The space includes a furnished area for outdoor dining, ideal for enjoying the sunny days and peaceful nights of the Algarve. Parking within the property offers additional convenience and security.



Inside, the house features Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, cooker, coffee machine and all essential utensils so that you truly feel at home.



Despite the serene rural environment, several services and points of interest are located a short distance away, including the Ferreiras Railway Station 2 km away, the Pingo Doce supermarket 3 km away, Paderne 6 km away and Albufeira 8 km away, allowing you to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside without giving up the proximity to beaches, shops and local attractions.

Please note that a professional will visit the property once a week to carry out swimming pool maintenance, water treatment, and garden maintenance.
