This charming villa is located in a quiet and privileged area of Albufeira, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, space, and stunning ocean views.



The property is spread over the ground floor and first floor and features five comfortable bedrooms, three with twin beds and two with double beds. The first-floor bedrooms offer sea views and access to furnished balconies. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), ensuring comfort throughout the year.



The villa has four bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub.



The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated with the living and dining area. The living room is spacious and welcoming, with a double sofa bed, television, and indoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and socializing.



Outside, the property offers a terrace with sea views, featuring a relaxing jacuzzi, a private pool with sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. On the top floor, next to the BBQ terrace, there is a mini fridge and a unit with cutlery and kitchen utensils, providing extra convenience for outdoor dining.

Modern house, very well maintained. Great spaces, with special emphasis on the outdoor area and the sea view, which were a must during our stay. We were two couples with our teenagers and couldn’t have chosen better. The surrounding beaches are stunning, and the area is super peaceful, perfect for relaxing.
