We are pleased to invite you to our wonderful 2 Bedroom Sea View Duplex at the highly popular Varandas do Mar complex in Olhos de Água, near Albufeira.

Nestled between Vilamoura and Albufeira, this modern well-presented 2 bed 3 bath duplex apartment is ideally situated just 100 meters from the beach, in the beautiful fishing village of Olhos de Agua. Enjoy sea views from 2 of its 3 private balconies. The duplex if fully furnished and equipped to a high standard complete with free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and DVD player and air-conditioning throughout. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. This private gated complex also benefits from a shared pool on a large terrace and underground secure parking with lift access. One of the best duplex apartments Varandas do Mar has to offer! Nearby, you are able to enjoy excellent walks along the cliffs and beaches or discover more restaurants than it would be possible to visit. Bed linen and bath towels are included. Beach towels are not provided.

Olhos de Água is a delightful resort town situated at the heart of the beautiful Algarve. This likeable town is centred around a sandy cove, where fishing boats are pulled onto the golden sands, and old fishermen tend their nets in huts that line the beach. Historically, Olhos de Agua was a minor fishing village, but since the boom of tourism, it has responsibly developed into a popular holiday destination. There are massive apartment complexes and mega-hotels surrounding the town, but at its centre, it still retains its Portuguese character and pristine coastline. The relaxed and low-key atmosphere of Olhos de Água makes it a popular holiday destination for families and older couples, who want to be close to a major resort town (Albufeira), but without actually being in it. Olhos de Água is located on some of Portugal's finest coastline, with the magnificent Praia da Falésia beach to the east and the beautiful cove beaches of Praia de Santa Eulália and Praia Maria Luísa to the west.

*Lead guest must be aged 25 or over.

* We do not accept bookings for all male or all female guests.

*A late arrival fee of €20 (payable on arrival) is charged for guests arriving after 19:00hrs.

*Tourist Tax is now in force in the Albufeira district to any reservation made after 02/05/2024.

Any guest aged 13 or over is now subject to a charge of €2 per night during High season (1st April - 31st October). The charge is capped at a maximum of 7 nights/€14 euros per person. Tourist tax is paid direct to Albufeira council & not included in the rental cost. Lead guest is responsible for collection and confirmation of Passport details of all guests subject to the tax. Lead guest can then make the payment by card via QR code provided on or before arrival to the Albufeira Council. This information must then be forwarded to the booking agent along with the payment receipt.
Free Check-in until 19:00hrs. *Check-in later than 19:00hrs will be subject to a €20 late fee payable on arrival.

Please do not not take the provided towels away from the property.
(We do not provide beach-bathing towels. Towels stained by sun Lotion will be charged for)

A superb apartment in a lovely location

This is a superb apartment. It has fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean with two balconies facing in this direction. Olhos d’Agua must be one of the best locations in the Algarve: beautiful beaches and surf; cliff walks and with all amenities nearby. A car is not necessary, though we had one. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped. It is also well-run and managed, both at the booking and pre-arrival stages and during a stay. Tina is to be congratulated on her prompt response to any questions raised prior to arrival. She was most attentive. During our four week stay a small number of problems arose concerning equipment in the apartment (e.g. a non-functioning DVD player) and on each occasion Graham and his team were on hand to put matters right … and very quickly. In the case of the DVD player, this was replaced within 24 hours. Thank you to all. The weather was also excellent, but, of course, this had nothing to do with the location, the apartment, or to the management team either in the UK or locally!

Propriedade boa com todas as comodidades possuindo uma varanda magnífica localizada numa praia sem areal quando a maré está alta. A cozinha possui um alarme de incêndio insuportável que apitava estridentemente apenas com o forno ligado. A varanda estava muitíssimo suja aquando da nossa chegada.

Large central two bedroom apartment with lovely seaview

The apartment had a large lounge/diner leading down to two good sized bedrooms, one en suite and one with shower/bath. The kitchen was well equipped. Surprising all rooms had balconies with all but one bedroom facing the sea and the gorious view. The main balcony had comfy seats and table but my only complaint is that there was no umbrella which we needed even in January. A very comfy apartment with a short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay.
