The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected. The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work. We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day waiting for maintenance while we’re on vacation. We should be able to enjoy the beach and the resort, not sit around waiting for someone to fix a television. At night we like to relax and watch local shows after a long day, and unfortunately we didn’t get to do that during our stay. Overall, it was frustrating and not the experience we expected.

Most staff weren't as friendly as other resorts and found cockroaches in our room on multiple occasions.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend The Signature Level at Grand Palladium! The perks are well worth the extra price! From allowing access to the wellness facilities to the premium drinks and private beach made for a stress free vibe! I’ll be booking a solo trip after I finish this review!

We stayed for six nights, it was my husband and I and our two children ages 12 and 14. They had so much fun at the teen hangout area in game room. They made new friends and enjoyed the food so much. We had a great time hanging out on the beach and having drinks brought to us. We felt like royalty. The restaurants and food were amazing, the staff were so friendly. We were celebrating our birthdays, all of us, and they sing happy birthday to us almost every day.
