"Room was clean nd comfortable but smelled a little weird. When we checked in, lady at desk wasn’t very friendly but lady that came on after was very nice."

"Breakfast was very good and had enough choices for everyone. The room was clean and quiet. Parking was convenient and very well lit, close to town and food. "

"Had a good stay at the La Quinta Inn in Batavia. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the bed. The location worked well for me since it was about an hour from Niagara Falls and around 30 minutes from Rochester where I attended a graduation. Breakfast was decent — the usual bagels, eggs, juice, fruit, etc. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and good. Also convenient area with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. A special mention to Ganesh at the front desk — he was very helpful, courteous, and welcoming during my stay."

"Property was under construction (hopefully for renovation). Material was piled up around the building and the building had many signs of disrepair. "

When we got to our room we had no toilet paper then the toilet was messed up we had to call for a plunger at 3am and again at 10:15 this morning then they left the plunger in front of the room door. Beds are very uncomfortable and the tv wouldn’t turn up or off smh. Our check out was at 11am at 10:52 someone was coming in our room and we were still getting ready to leave no knock or anything very uncomfortable and unprofessional…Yikes!!! "
