"I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "

"L'hôtel a bénéficié d'une renovation réussie, avec des finitions et des matériaux de qualité. En revanche, la politique de ménage limitée à une intervention tous les 3 jours interroge sur le plan de l'hygiène, surtout pour les séjours de plusieurs nuits. Par illeurs, bien que la rénovation fût nécessaire, il est regrettable que certains éléments patrimoniaux n'aient pas été préservés : le piano réduit à une banquette d'accueil ou encore de splendides tableaux remplacés par de simples affiches....
