"Beautiful location, responsive and accommodating host, we all had a great time. There was a minor incident involving a broken board in a bed but it was sorted quickly. Incredible place to stay, would love to come back!"

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Would have liked a heating rail for towels in bathroom. Accessible bathroom was perfect and certainly appreciated the shower stool.

The hotel had friendly and helpful reception staff, free onsite parking, and clean spacious rooms. That’s where it stopped. The shower head holder was broken, the room had paper water cups and no spoons with the coffee cups, they didn’t clean the room or provide new cups when they did the room service. And the restaurant was a joke, the staff have no idea what customer service is, I had to get up to ask for water and extra drinks when it was table service, and it was over priced. I wouldn’t stay...

The hotel is great value for money, it is clean, while small the rooms have everything you need, the breakfast is really good and well priced and there is a parking, a rarity in and around Annecy! If you are travelling by car then this is for you. If you are not motorised then you might find the location to be a bit far from the centre (3km) but should be easy enough to access by bus. Overall, very happy with this one!
