Gorgeous Stay!

The pictures honestly dont do this place justice. It is so spacious! The beds are adjustable, theres air filters, the kitchen is BEAUTIFUL, and theres a whole backyard space. 10/10 we are going to stay here again

Immaculate and Cozy place for Holiday with the Grandparents

My elderly parents live in an apartment complex for seniors so they do not have enough space to accommodate all of us when we come to visit. This home was immaculate, renovated, extremely comfortable, and well-stocked with some of the most comfortable (and adjustable) beds we have ever slept in!

Spring arrived in Albany!

Well maintained and comfortable home. Huge TV. Well appointed. Close to park. Neighborhood bustling in early evening as it was in the high 60s. Richard was delightful. Will definitely be back next time we are in Albany.

Beautiful home

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We very much enjoyed it. The beds were very cozy. Everything was clean and easy to access. We had a larger group of adult women there was plenty of room for us all. Would absolutely recommend the property.

Albany stay

Very nice and clean home with modern upgrades. Beds are very comfortable and adjustable with a wide selection of pillows. House is very well stocked and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasure to stay in this well maintained home.

Beautiful

This was my first time ever securing a place to stay for me and my family. The process was very easy and Richard the host was extremely nice and very responsive to any questions we had. We all were very happy with the accommodations. The place was very clean and we loved how nicely decorated it was. My family and I agreed we will definitely be renting out this place again.

Great home for family

My family stayed here for one night. Very nice property— new appliances, decor, and furnishings. A small mishap checking in, but host was super responsive and mitigated the problem immediately. Definitely recommend.

Perfect quick stay!

Property had so many beautiful amenities and was well thought out. The beds were so comfy. We wanted for nothing! One difficulty (and this just occurred because of mother nature, nothing that the host could’ve done differently)was with parking. The driveway was steep and icy and street parking was very full.

Well-Kept Property with Great Service

This is a very well-kept one-floor apartment. The hosts have clearly put a alot of work into making this a great property. Richard and Priscilla were very communicative and responsive. Everything was present as stated in the listing with some very nice touches. The beds are extremely comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This home was the perfect location for us. Close to UAlbany, our son started this fall semester, and this home was just a few minutes away. Richard & Priscela were great hosts, the apartment had all the amenities you would need, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV's in each of the bedrooms, which had adjustable comfortable beds. Large dining table, computer desk, washer and dryer in the basement and convenient parking in the driveway. I would highly recommend this cozy home for a stay.

Clean, comfortable and inviting

It’s always a risk when renting sight unseen. But our visit exceeded expectations. The apartment was comfortable and the open floor plan made it feel spacious for the size. Our host, Richard, was gracious and inviting. We would definitely stay again when we are in Albany.

Wonderful, clean duplex in sweet neighborhood

We were only in town for one night, but the location was great. We were within walking distance of several restaurants. We liked the takeout from Kismets. The property was as advertised- plenty of room for our family of 6. Comfortable dining and living room spaces. Beds were comfortable and seemed new. The kitchen was well stocked including snacks and drinks which was a nice surprise. If we’re in the area again we will return.

Great stay in a lovely space

My parents and I stayed at this lovely apartment while visiting my son for Family Weekend at University at Albany, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful details throughout that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. It was also very close to the University. Communication with the host was seamless—she was quick to respond and very accommodating. It’s clear that a lot of care went into setting the space up for guests, and we truly appreciated all the little touches. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Pleasantly surprised

This was our first time staying in upstate NY and didn’t know the area but we were very happy with location. The house was well stocked with basic needs/supplies but had extras too, including snacks, which was helpful with three kids. The home was very clean and free of clutter and decorated beautifully. Communication was easy and owner was quick to respond to questions. Plenty of off street parking was nice. I would absolutely rent this property again if the need arose. Absolutely wonderful stay!
