This is a solid choice for a stay in Albany. It is a good and quiet location with a friendly staff. There is ample parking and access is easy. The hot breakfast was very good. The pool was out of order and there was no offer to reduce the room rate to compensate. There were no tissues provided. This stay was in the spring allergy season...tissues are not optional!! Overall, the hotel met our expectations.

Room was sub-par my bedroom drapes at my house let no sunlight in while i had to manipulate the curtains just so no sunlight enter the roo., bed sheets stained, had to request fresh ones, breakfast is Meh compared to the other locations in Atlanta, Florida etc. The staff was the best! Very nice and professional. The room 1 star. The service is 5.
