"After the first day we did not receive enough clean towels and the room was not cleaned. I asked about that and they said they clean the room every other day. Then the next day did not receive enough clean towels and the room was not cleaned. Then the other guy said that they only clean the room at check out. Then the room next to us played a continual beat of music throughout the night. Could not sleep. Front desk did nothing, so I called the room and politely asked them to lower it and they did. The premises is bare minimum at every level. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in 30 years."

"Hotel is very worn and dirty. The room and beds were clean, but the rest of the hotel was filthy. Carpets needed to be vacuumed, walls, doors, cabinets in the breakfast area need a cleaning. It was quiet for the night."

"A lot about the property is good – – who gets a custom-made hot breakfast these days? And the property seemed well- maintained. I happened to be in room 109 which had absolutely no sound barriers between it and the room next to us so even though the people next-door were very quiet, I could hear absolutely everything. So, that is one room I would avoid…"
