"There is a lot to like about this place. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel has great views across the bay. The breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located with easy walking distance of the centre. Now, the not-so-good: (1) the service was slightly disorganised. As an example, the front desk insisted I hadn't paid for the room and charged me again. I then had to argue about it and have the transaction reversed. It was an honest error by them, but inconvenient and unnecessary. (2)...
