Por ficar num res chão, o alpendre e o relvado eram locais muito usados para convívio familiar. O apartamento tinha a casa de banho remodelada e ofereceu excelentes condições, recebemos lençóis e toalhas durante a estadia. "Eigentlich war es ein schöner Urlaub in freundlicher Anlage und Umgebung. Leider war unser Appartement spärlich ausgestattet (keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Weingläser, Möbel auf der Terrasse aus billigem, wackeligem Plastik). Außerdem sah man der Unterkunft an, dass die letzte Renovierung an vielen Stellen wohl schon längere Zeit zurück liegt. Pool, nahe gelegener Strand und die morgendlichen Weckrufe des Hahns haben die Urlaubsstimmung aber hoch gehalten."
