"Overall a good base to explore this beautiful island. Just remember the road can be very narrow. For an exciting drive take the M11a!! Only comment on accommodation is the hot water, takes over 5 minutes to come alive then runs cold after a few moments then heats up again !! 😀"

"Lovely property, perfect for a young family of four. Large pool.We had a small issue with the toilet but Paco sorted it very promptly.It would be nice if there were a few more basic items in the kitchen, no chopping board for example. It is frustrating when you have to buy basic things like salt & pepper and dishwaher/washing machine liquid knowing you are only going to use a handful of times. Anything non perishable we left for the next customers to benefit from.All in all a really nice place...

"Pros: Excellent stay in this beautiful house located in the heart of a small village. We loved everything about this place. Lots of space inside, fully equipped kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. The terrasse and the pool were highly appreciated. Don't miss this gem."

"Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Wir haben den schönen Pool genossen. Es gab kurzzeitig ein Problem mit der Pumpe des Pool, wodurch das Wasser leicht eingetrübt war. Wir haben es der Hausverwaltung abends um 21:30 Uhr per WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Es wurde sofort reagiert und der Pool war am nächsten Abend wieder kristallklar. Super schneller und sehr freundlicher Service! Cons: Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, was aber schnell bereinigt werden konnte. Also eigentlich kein wirklicher...

"Pros: Sauberkeit, Lage, Ansprechpartner, Sterne vom Bett aus sehen, Farbkonzept außen, angenehme Klimaanlage, traumhafter Ausblick, toller Trockner und Waschmaschine, sauberes Geschirr, Weinflasche zur Begrüßung, sehr bequeme Betten, Kaffee, Gewürze, Öle vorhanden Cons: Es gab keine Sitzmöglichkeit im privaten Hof oder auf dem Balkon und das Sofa war viel zu klein. "Le logement est bien situé, proche de l'autoroute. Le stationnement est bien pratique car à coté du gîte. Le logement en lui même etait tres propre, tres fonctionnel et une literie impéccable. L'accueil au top. On y retournera sans hésitation"

"Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired.
