"Great hotel in Alaniya - just 150m from Kleopatra beach.
Clean, modern, great breakfast, nice pool.
The only downside:
* if you add a guest after booking - it might cost you unreasonably more money, I did not expect that"

"It was a stay that I enjoyed very much. The staff's interest and the service provided are very good for the price. A complete price performance hotel. Within walking distance to everywhere in the city."

"I made an huge mistake booking this hotel. My holiday was ruined.
It is a disgrace and needs refurbishing completely. It is in no way a four star rating. It is false marketing advertising it as such.
It is a nightmare staying there. Queuing for ten minutes to get a simple drink of cola!
The biggest problem is lack of staff in all areas which is unfair to existing staff working there. They are stressed and tired, and as a result are sometimes rude to the guests.
The rooms are terrible, falling to pieces, and promises to change blood stained curtains and a fridge with the door falling off were ignored.
I did not get to use a sunbed or the pool area in 11 days due to selfish guests putting their towels out at 5am and the hotel doing nothing about it.
The restaurant is the worst place. People allowed in in wet swimwear resulting in wet and dirty seating. The food was nice, but greedy people took too much, leaving g much waste on their tables but not enough for others then.
Horrendous experience. Please see my photos and book elsewhere. My review is honest and factual.
They want everything extra to be paid for. Even a normal room without problems.
Lock your doors at night as people try to get in. Balcony door didn't lock either. I felt vulnerable and unsafe."
"Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på Hotel Anjeliq Downtown. Vi rejste som to familier og var meget tilfredse med både værelserne og servicen. Hotellet ligger super centralt, så det er nemt at komme rundt, og personalet var utroligt søde og hjælpsomme gennem hele opholdet. Vi følte os meget velkomne og kan varmt anbefale hotellet til andre, der ønsker et hyggeligt og centralt sted at bo."

"If you specifically want to stay near Cleopatra Beach in Alanya, Xperia Hotel can be a decent choice, though it comes with pros and cons. The hotel has its own private beach area with spectacular views and offers easy access to shopping, dining, and walking areas. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.
However, based on our personal experience, this does not feel like a true 4-star hotel — more like a 3-star. They didn't have bell service and we had to move our suitcases ourselves. Our room was somewhat outdated and not cleaned properly, with hair left on the bathroom floor and sink. While the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, we found the food bland, with limited variety and quality compared to other 4- and 5-star hotels we stayed in during our trip. "
"The apartment was clean and nice.The only issue was air conditioning only in bedroom.So we had to leave the bedroom door open for it to cool the whole apartment down.Otherwise it was very good including the pool which was across the road. "
