Staff were amzing amd friendly. Food was okay although could have had anit more variety of cuisines to it. Entertainment was alright aswell. Location was besutiful with loads of redtsursmts and the beach nudt down the road.

Ok for a couple of nights

Nice enough room and a decent breakfast. The pool was empty & taped off & no loungers out on the terrace. Other similar properties around the hotel still had theirs out. Ok for a couple of nights. It maybe better in the summer months.

PERFECT CENTRAL ALANYA HOTEL

I was so pleasantly surprised at the high standard of this nicely decorated hotel. Everything that is annoying to tourists in Turkey charged as extras was taken care of. Such as safety deposit boxes and a kettle in the room. For the overall nightly cost this was an amazing find. Staff were all wonderful. Nice lobby and internet working everywhere. Everything needed for a comfortable stay and great central location, walking distance to all Alanya areas I would not hesitate to stay again. Add this hotel tomyour favourites for future use.

Good hotel but bad pool bar

Good hotel with very good location in the middle of Alanye close to the beaches and the harbour. The hotel was clean and the buffet had good food. However, the swimmingpool was located in the basement level so not very much sun at the loungers. The pool bar was the worst we have ever tried. No matter which drink you ordered, it was green, tasted bad and no ice cubes. There were no smiles from the waiters and the bar personnel.

Best hotel in alanya we have stayed in.

Could not fault the hotel whatsoever, the room we had was on the front views where great however the road noise was quite loud. When we stay again we would ask for a room at the rear. Also the hotel was quite central which was a bonus.

Hotel good , workes bad

The Hotel had good location and it was good hotel, but the workers there was not friendly. The young guy who worked at the bar was not behaving and started to lie about me and my friend , threatnd to kick us out of the hotel. But the hotel was good for its price.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all of our needs. Great breakfast buffet every morning. The rooms are non-smoking but most (if not all) have a balcony on which they permit smoking which was very handy. It is much better than having to go outside the building if you are a smoker. Hotel was in the heart of downtown Alanya and fairly close the the beaches, It might have been a 10 minute walk to the beaches or to the harbor. Great dining facilities within just a few minutes walk. The front desk recommended a restaurant called "Ev" that was a 10 minute walk to the east on Ataturk CD. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere. We will stay at the Ramira whenever we are in Alanya!

I had a conflict with other guests behaving inappropriate. While the restaurant garcon tried to calm down the situation, I tried to resolve the situation by asking the restaurant supervisor to help. However he, supervisor A. did not asserted accordingly and refused to help. this had created an unsafe and unpleasant rest of my stay. I made a complaint with the Front Office manager aswell as the General manager who both agreed with me on the situation. A thumbs up for them. The restaurant supervisor and 1 other employee are not suitable to work in hospitality. I doubt if the management is aware of their work attitude. A smile or “how are you?” is too much effort. Garcon Emre, the chefcook, the patisserie lady and garcon Maria make the difference. Emre is a hospitality star, don't let him go! The chefcook an patisserie lady are making the guests enjoy their food and have a chat and Maria always smiles! And the cleaning lady made sure the room was tip top everyday and made my start of each day good by saying “günaydin!”. Ramira has multiple locations of which Ramira Joy is the best, thanks to Rüstem, the Front Office manager there. We stayed there last year and rated them 5 stars. Will definitely stay there again. The hotel team of Ramira City has got improvement to do. Please take lessons from this review as it is my honest opinion and has made my holiday less enjoyable.

Position centrale près des commerce, la plage est 20 mn à pieds mais l'hôtel organise des navettes gratuites. Un staff gentil, serviable. La.propreté de tout l'hôtel est excellente. Les.repas variés, frais et répondent à tous les goûts. C'est mon troisième séjour ici et si je reviens ce sera Ramira City Hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an einer Hauptstraße, wo es in der Umgebung viel Möglichkeiten zum shoppen und essen gibt. Wodurch es Nachts, wenn man ein Fenster zur Straße hat, relativ laut ist. Der Hafen und die Innenstadt sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie der Strand. Allerdings gibt es zum Strand auch einen vom Hotel gestellten Shuttle Service, der sowohl hin-und rück fährt. Es gab immer eine große Auswahl beim Essen, welches auch ziemlich hochwertig war. (Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, Fisch, 2 Varianten Fleisch, Gemüse, zahlreiche Brotsorten, verschiedenste Dips, Desserts etc). Die Cocktails waren ok, hätten kälter sein können. Es war im ganzen Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber. Im großen und ganzen war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ich kann es jedem Empfehlen, der nicht so große Hotelanlagen mag, sondern eher ruhig und gemütlich.

Siisteys oli huippuluokkaa, pyyhkeet tuoksuivat puhtailta ja raikkailta, myöskin sänky oli hohtavan valkoinen, myöskin tyynyt tyynyliinojen alla, ei yhtään keltaiset. Ruoka oli keskinkertaista, välillä loistavaa ja välillä vähemmän syömäkelpoista. Äänieristys oli vitsi: naapurista kuului kuorsaus ja jokainen kadunääni ja jopa käytävävalojen naksahdus kuului huoneeseen.

A Ramira pour la seconde fois consécutive

C'était mon deuxième séjour à Ramira City. Un hôtel de charme en plein centre Alanya. Le personnel -depuis la réception jusqu'au resto (surtout Mahmut toujours disponible, souriant, aidant) en passant par le ménage- est au top et très serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec literie assez confortable. Toutes les chambres possèdent un balcon. La salle de bain est assez grande et bien équipée. Des serviettes réservées à la piscine de l'hôtel et à la plage sont mis à la disposition des clients dans la chambre. Deux grandes bouteilles d'eau sont mises à disposition chaque jours. L'hôtel offre également une navette gratuite pour aller à la plage ( 3 le matin et 2 l'après midi). Un espace bien délimité est réservé par l'hôtel à la plage avec chaises longues et parasols et wifi (gratuits). Les prix sont plus élevés que ceux de l'année dernière à cause de l'inflation. Les repas (all inclusive) peuvent être pris en salle ou à l'extérieur au bord de la piscine. Les boissons sont servis gratuitement toute la journée et une partie de la soirée. Les buffets sont bien garnis et diversifiés. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'un spa (payant). En résumé tout est bien organisé pour un séjour agréable. Une remarque quand même: le coffre fort est payant (2€ par jour) chose que je n'ai jamais vu personnellement dans les hôtels de Turquie (que je visite chaque année depuis 2009).
