The only issue was that the elevator was out of service, but before I confirmed my room, a pop-up notified me so I could cancel the reservation if it would be a problem. The breakfast offered plenty of warm and cold options. The bed and pillows were luxurious, and I slept wonderfully. On arrival, throughout my stay, and at checkout, the staff kept offering me water, fresh coffee, and treats. I'm coming back in April, and I'll be booking with them again."
