"No staff available. Had to do a virtual check-in. Sewage problems. Smelled like a cover up, when I unplugged such a strong smell of sewage. We had to wear our shoes to use toilet leaking on the floor. Sewage backed up into tub. Dog area was disgusting. No clean up for a very long time. Fear of disease. ..."
