"This house is absolutely beautiful! It has everything you could need and all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was super friendly, responsive, and great to work with. The only reason I didn't give it a "Super RAD" review is because of the boat launch and docking. If you're bringing a boat, be aware that the current can be a VERY strong when docking, and if you have an outboard motor (we have pontoon), you'll want to launch during morning tide (higher) since there's a bit of a drop-off at the end of the ramp. That said, having a private, convenient boat launch and dock is a huge plus, it just takes a little extra caution and work. Overall, we had an amazing stay!"

"Great location for boating on the river and Lake Havasu. Access to the boat launch ramp was easy, and plenty of parking. The river can be tricky to navigate when the water is low. The other option is to launch at the lake about 2 miles away."

"This is my absolute favorite place to stay when I am in the area, it has everything I could ask for and gives the comfort of home. The house is clean, comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. Sharron is a fantastic host and is always responsive if I have any questions. My fiancé loves the beautiful decor inside and outside the house as well. I cannot wait for our next visit there- thank you Sharron!!!"
