Centric, was given a room that reeked cigarettes

So, upon arrival we were not offered our meal coupons so we lost out on a day of meals. The next day had to ask for the coupons and was told by staff "why didn't we get them the day of check in?" I told her that I asked about them but was to I couldnt get the coupons until tmr. She procceded to tell me I should have gotten them upon arrival (yesterday). So in all someone at the front desk was being mean, don't know why. Overall the hotel rooms are good! I just wish they would be more consistant about procedures.

Pond inside looked dirty, lady who checked us in was rude, and I didn’t like that a $500 charge was never explained upon booking for “incidentals” - usually $200 or less - so that was a huge shock that I still haven’t seen come off my credit card!
