"The hotel is in a perfect location with great proximity to the international airport. My experience with the staff (aside from lovely housekeepers and bartenders) was suboptimal unfortunately. The main staff (receptionists and managers) were rude and seemed stressed or annoyed with any questions about their policies which was frustrating on an international trip. I haven’t been treated that way in a hotel in a long time and it left a very bad taste in my mouth for sure…."

"The staff we checked in with was helpful and kind. When we booked we didn’t realize that the room had open air above the window to the hall. You can hear everyone coming and going. The front desk staff emphasized keeping things quiet at night so others can sleep, but the night staff was SO LOUD playing music and videos turned all the way up and laughing/talking super loud. We were counting down the time until his shift was over so we could finally get some rest. The room setup makes it so you can hear ppl coming and going but loud staff for hours makes it so much worse. Would consider booking again if we knew the people that were running the place respected the posted quiet hours policies."

"Only stayed less then a night early morning flight. Just what we needed. The owner was helpful. Told us about a good place to eat & he was spot on. Room was super clean. I would stay longer if I get the chance again. Thank you Donna & Brooke"

"To begin with my wife and I are both handicapped which they were advised off on reservation and they put us on the third floor with no elevators. No my wife said no so they put on the first floor in a non-handicapped room, which was next to an unoccupied handicapped room. Our tiny room had no handicap adaptations. Four feet from central desk and very noisy. Sheets were torn and no soap or shampoo in the shower. Go figure. When we arrived the restaurant was çlosed. The chef was sick. The restaurant has four tables and we were under the impression that it was a bigger operation. There is no area for smoking so we had to go outside and stand on the sidewalk. It rained cats and dogs so needless to say, we got wet. The only good thing was the price and the nearness of the park and museum."
