I’ve traveled far from the U.S. and stayed in many hotels, but Myriad Muscat truly stands out as the best for its exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms and genuine kindness. The hospitality here is unmatched—I’ve extended my stay twice already because I feel so safe, comfortable, and cared for. A special shoutout to Maryam, who made my first night unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Her warmth and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. Every staff member takes their time to ensure you’re well looked after, and it truly makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where you’re more than just a guest, Myriad Muscat is it. The comfort, hospitality, and overall experience are second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here—you’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive!

Where to even start. First and for most the staff. From the reception to the mangers to the gardeners every single person intact with or just pass by was excellent. The place itself - was brilliant - I literally could be here all day pointing out all the great things. It’s a must for everyone. If you do stay here wound deffo recommend hiring a car as you are in the city and there are the most amazing places to visit in Oman in the rural side.
