"Comfortable stay with everything we needed for Umrah We had a good stay at ibis Styles Makkah. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The additional sofa seating was particularly useful, giving us extra space to relax. The rooms had everything we needed for our Umrah trip, including a fridge, cold air conditioning, complimentary bottled water, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they understood both English and Bengali, which made communication easy. They also arranged our rooms close to our family members, which worked out really well for us. The hotel offers a shuttle service for all five daily prayers, which is very convenient. However, one thing worth noting for anyone who has not used a hotel shuttle service in Makkah before is that shuttle buses from different hotels generally drop passengers off at the same area near the Haram. Therefore, the choice of hotel does not necessarily make a huge difference to how close you are to the mosque itself, apart from the coach journey time. For this hotel, the shuttle journey took around 10–15 minutes. From the drop-off point, you may then have around a 20-minute walk to reach gates such as Gate 1 (King Abdul Aziz) or Gate 79 (King Fahd). This is worth bearing in mind, particularly for elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. There is also a café inside the hotel for added convenience. Nearby, there is a very nice Uzbekistani restaurant."

"Best place to stay in mecca specially when you are in umra or hajj because the area is quiet and the hotel has free bus ride to and from Haram 24 hrs daily, breakfast is amazing, staff very helpful"

"I never anticipated that staying more than 5km is more easier and accessible to Haram than staying in Millenium Anaseem. We have bus going every 30 minutes and back. You don’t need to rent a place closer to Kaaba just book millennium anaseem and you have everything. I will book again next year with my family"
