"Unbelievable, dont be fooled on the 6/10rating. I entered to a room w a historical ac which is broken i mean literally broken from comprtement air leaking. They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. After half an hour struggles i left premises and go for another hotel at 9.30 pm "

"I booked to hotel.com and it says that the amount ill pay was including the taxes..but when I arrived in al eairy apartments 4,they charged me again with taxes..and the bathroom in room 4 still not good..it still smell like stool"

"The hotel has a beautiful lobby that sets the tone for the stay. The food was fresh and delicious both at the a la carte and the buffet restaurants. The service in all aspects was wonderful. "Hotel was overbooked. Receptionist didn't care and said he did not recognize our booking until we showed him proofs upon proofs that we had made a booking. AC remote control was broken. Towels were provided upon request and even though they were wrapped in a laundry plastic they smelt pethatically bad."
