However, there were a few downsides: some insects inside the room, worn-out furniture in the living area, and outdoor facilities that need better cleaning and maintenance. It actually used to be called the Ramada by Wyndham hotel and was really good, but it looks like it has recently been completely changed to EASTYARD Khobar hotel. When I got to the reception I was greeted by a rude receptionist who was the only member of staff that couldn’t speak English and had customers translate to me that he could not find my booking on his system, even though I showed him my confirmation number,...

(You have to set it manually on and off multiple times even during your night sleep) 6- No basement parking available, instead you have to park in a rear parking lot then walk to the main hotel...
