"Our experience at this hotel was perfect. This hotel is located in Alex west which is just the perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was great too and had all the amenities that we needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Alexandria. "Overall fantastic stay at Sheraton Montaza - perfect location, had the Presidential Suite and another room. Great price, great experience and staff. Pool, beach, workout room. They gave us 1 hour late checkout because the room took an hour longer to get it ready (we also did book super late to be fair). My only feedback they should be more flexible with later checkout (we came at 9pm and checked out 1 pm) and paid much higher rate on the rooms because of a last minute booking. However they accommodated us in other ways and were flexible with certain things so definitely appreciate it. Will definitely stay again!!!"
