"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things...

"Our stay at Roas Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and professional, polite service from every single staff member. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views of the sea. There’s a lovely pool on-site, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Along the beachfront, you’ll find charming shops and restaurants that add to the relaxing atmosphere.
I’ve traveled to many cities and islands across Turkey and stayed in various beautiful hotels, but Roas Hotel has been the best hotel experience I’ve had in Turkey so far.
Special thanks to the incredible staff , Han, Polat, As, Serkan, and a very respectful gentleman who worked the night shift (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). Every one of them went above and beyond to help us and made us feel truly welcome.
One of the most important things to highlight is that all the staff speak English very well, which made communication easy and stress-free. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and always spoke to us with kindness and respect.
We’ve already decided that we will return to beautiful Bodrum and without a doubt, we’ll be staying at Roas Hotel again. Highly recommended 🥰❤️"
