"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel and the room were not properly cleaned. The overall cleanliness was far below what I would expect from any hotel. The location was also very inconvenient, being much farther from the city centre than expected. On top of that, several facilities in the room were in poor condition. The shower was broken, the bathroom sink was damaged, and there was visible mould in the bathroom, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The condition of the room was so unacceptable that I regretted my booking on the same day I checked in. In fact, I decided to check out the very same day and move to a different hotel because I did not feel comfortable staying there."
