"We had a fantastic stay at the Crown again. It’s ideal location, beautiful bathrooms and sunlit rooms make it the ultimate Napier stay for us. Friendly staff also rang to say we had left a wine cooler bag in the room and would they like us to send it back to Wellington for me ? That’s incredible service. When I left my togs in a room a five star hotel in Auckland said they never ring as it would take up too much of their time. "

"Great place in central Napier, close to transport, variety of restaurants, supermarket, and beach. Only minor issue is that there is not a lot of sound proofing from outside noises so traffic noise does enter the room easily. But Napier is mostly a quiet town so this won't cause much of an issue for most of the night unless the street sweeper and rubbish truck comes by early which it did!."
