Gem in Ajaccio

This is a beautiful spacious sparkling clean apartment right in the centre of town. We walked to all the sights and museums and restaurants and shops. I walked down to the boulangerie every morning for our croissants. Definitely would return if we come back to Ajaccio.

The appartment was clean and well equipped. An excellent view from the balcony. Nice quiet area despite being a few minutes walk from the heart of Ajaccio. Friendly neighbours. Highly recommended.

Très propre, cet appartement tranquille en centre-ville, avec une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe d'Ajaccio, est fidèle à l'annonce. appartement tres propre bien agence.une vue magnifique sur le golfe et la mer.proche du centre et du port.navettes et bus pour les deplacements.pas besoin de voiture.pour visiter en dehors d ajaccio de nombreuses excursions sont proposes soit par la mer soit par la route.et l incontournable petit train qui traverse les terres.nous l avons preis jusque corte paysages a coupe le souffle.beaucoup apprecie egalement les chants corse en fait ils racontent l histoire de l ile et la culture de l ile.tres enrichissant et merveilleux a ecouter.de tres bons resto a decouvrir egalement.beaucoup d histoire sur cette ile .a faire et refaire car enormement de choses a voir.comme d habitude enchante de notre sejour.

Perfekt zum Erkunden der Westküste

Die geräumige, sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung (inkl. Stühlen für den Strand) liegt im 3. Stock eines sehr gepflegten Wohnblocks aus den 60er Jahren (Fahrstuhl vorhanden!). Durch die Lage am Hang hat man den perfekten Blick über den Golf von Ajaccio mit Sonne von früh morgens bis zum Nachmittag (bei Bedarf geschützt durch eine elektrische Markise), aber auch der Blick über der Bucht am Abend und in der Nacht ist einmalig schön, insbesondere bei einer gut gekühlten Flasche Wein! Die Kommunikation bei Anreise war sehr schnell und hilfreich. Der Empfang durch Mme Delgado an der Schranke zum Parkplatz supernett und lieb inkl. ausführlicher Einweisung in alle Details der Wohnung (etwas Französisch hilft, ggf. mit Google Translate :-) . Der hintere Balkon ist sehr praktisch um Handtücher etc. zu trocknen und/oder als zusätzliche Ablagefläche z.B. für Koffer. Zum Parken empfehlen wir den oberen Parkplatz, denn das Parken (und notwendige Wenden) an der steilen Straße vor dem Haus kann mühsam werden. Ein Monoprix-Supermarkt ist ca. 5-7 min zu Fuß bergab am Cours Napoleon, der Rückweg bergauf mit einigen Treppen dauert entsprechend länger...zur Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants sind es ebenfalls nur 10 min., zu einer herrlichen Strandbar am Plage Trottel ca. 15 min. Die Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Touren an der Westküste. Von uns 100% uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!! Vielen Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften!

Magnifique appartement, d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et d'un grand confort. Bien sûr la cerise sur le gâteau : la magnifique vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio et la possibilité d'en profiter au maximum grâce au balcon. On ne s'en lasse pas ! La communication avec l'hôte a également été excellente, et la personne qui nous a accueillies a été d'une grande gentillesse. A recommander sans hésiter !
