  • Located at the beginning of the Route des Sanguinaires, the "Le Parc Lucie" residence is 250 meters from the coastal road and less than 2 km from the town center.

    The apartment comprises: an entrance hall, a shower room with WC, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps 140 cm) leading to the terrace, and a bedroom (double bed) with storage.

    The added bonus of this apartment: on-site parking and shops just a few meters away.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Bed linen and towels, as well as final cleaning, are included in the price. Only kitchen towels are not provided.
