    Fully fenced family home with landscaped garden.
    Located between the sailing club and Rowing Beach, magnificent 4 bedroom villa 600m from Lake Bourget, enjoying a view of the Dent du Chat. With its capacity of 8 people maximum, everyone will appreciate their space. Very nice mezzanine to relax after skiing, a cure or coming back from swimming, overlooking the garden.
    Bus to nearby city center.

    Possibility of bicycle storage in a garden shed.
