The room was very basic, which I expected for the price I paid. However, I wasn’t expecting stained bed linen or someone’s hair either. Would I stay again probably not. The member of staff I did have an interaction with due to a slight issue with the check-in machine was very nice and helpful.

It was such a horrible experience. The room was unbearably dirty, the toilet was smelly, and the shower… I believe it could serve better as a microbiology laboratory rather than a shower! I’m not sure if any word has ever been invented to express how bad our experience was.

This hotel is very run down, the key card door mechanisms don’t work for a lot of the rooms so we had to get a key which took 45 mins ( this was the same for our friends rooms), the soap dispensers are broken in both the rooms and the hotel itself is poor condition. We have stayed in Première class hotels on previous occasions so we do understand that this is a budget hotel but this hotel needs some repairs done.

On Expedia hotel says WiFi and self check-in plus breakfast. WiFi wouldn't connect as you need it verified by reception but reception was in another hotel so they couldn't access. Self checkin machine broken so had to go separate hotel to book in. Breakfast was in different hotel as well. There was no staff on site at anytime. The emergency number was for the reception thank god we didn't need it. Tried to phone premier classes main number, gave up, so emailed them to see if WiFi could verified as we needed to contact our next stop. They sent me the next day ,phone number for the hotel reception even though I had stated it was closed completely. Not a happy bunny.

L'hôtel mériterai quelques travaux de rénovation. Le point noir de ce séjour, pendant qu'il fait au delà de 37-38° dehors, la clim ne fonctionne pas où très peu dans la chambre. Résultat, sur 4 nuits, 3 mauvaises et une blanche, car impossible ou presque de faire chuter la température la nuit. Il n'a pas fait en dessous des 27° dans la chambre, et ce même si la température extérieure descendait aux 23-24° la nuit. Et lors de la nuit blanche, il a fait plus de 30° dans la chambre.

Da wir einen langen Weg in den Urlaub hatten, haben wir uns für einen Zwischenstopp entschieden. Doch dieses Motel war fürchterlich. Es hat gestunken, in die Dusche passt nur eine ganz kleine Person. Man konnte kein Fenster aufmachen es war verriegelt…. Nie wieder

Sejour se mal passer, on nous as donner la dernière chambre pour comber le malheure les draps sentais la cigarette , toute la chambre senter la cigarette, etant asthmatique cela n'étais pas agréable.

Chambre avec literie inconfortable, mais ce n'ai pas le plus grave. Mur avec des taches, plinthe carrelage décoller. Appareillage de la clim non fonctionnel, sans boitier et de plus DANGEREUX car les fils électriques étaient visibles et touchable, en plus en sortie de SDB avec les pieds humide car à proximité de l'interrupteur. J'ai hésiter à prendre des photos afin de faire constater, le côté dangereux et insalubre du local à sommeil dans un ERP. Au vue de notre expérience, je souhaiterai qu'un responsable de l'enseigne me contacte pour lui faire part de cette mésaventure. Dans l'attente de votre retour avant de retourner dans votre enseigne et de communiquer auprès des autres usagers.

A fuir ,menage limite ,chambre minuscule, douche encore plus miniscule a peine de quoi se tourner. Oblige d aller 2 fois a l acceuil car ils ont des problèmes de cartes avec lesquelles les portes s ouvrent pas ..même pour le prix c est decevant ,heureusement que les chambres sont pas plus chères

Les prises de courant ne fonctionnait pas, la tv également, c'était une vrai galère pour recharger le téléphone, je suis allé les voir le lendemain à la réception, ils m'ont proposé une autre chambre, idem pas de courant, donc j'ai repris la chambre initiale, on m' a dit qu'il n'y a que moi qui me plaignait.... le ménage pas fait dans ma chambre 1 fois durant mon séjour, on a l'impression que c'est un hôtel laissé à l'abandon, je n'y retournerai pas , à fuir....

A fuire. Chambres vétustes, sol très sale, extrêmement bruyant (on entend les voisins parler comme s'ils étaient avec nous...). Étonnant que ce types d'hôtels existent encore en France en 2025. Le prix abordable ne justifie pas tout.

Chambre 29 : état de propreté catastrophique (toiles d’araignées partout, moutons sous le lit). Peinture et murs dégradés. Le mobilier est en mauvais état. Bouton de réglage du chauffage cassé. Robinetterie de la salle de douche en mauvais état. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Planche de bois en guise de sommier. Cet hôtel devrait être fermé et rénové d’URGENCE !!! C’est un scandale de louer de telles chambres !
