Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil tant réception que restauration. État général des parties communes et de la chambre impeccables. La chambre est grande et confortable. Il faisait trop froid pour profiter du grand jardin et de la piscine. A noter que l’eau de la piscine était limpide alors que l’on ne pouvait pas s’y baigner a cause du froid, preuve du sérieux de l’hotel ! J’ai très bien dîner au restaurant (le DZ) et petit déjeuner ok. L’hôtel est calme ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande

Une étape confortable

Un excellent séjour dans cet établissement très calme et confortable. Une chambre spacieuse, entièrement équipée, avec vue sur le très agréable parc et la piscine dint je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter. L'établissement est un peu excentré, mais le très bon restaurant sur place permet d'y faire un reposant séjour.

Notre carte bleue a été débitée sans notre autorisation à l'heure du règlement, et sans remise de facture, il a fallu l'a réclamer, car on ne voulait pas nous l'imprimer avant que la chambre soit faite ! Nous avions appeler avant de venir, afin de pouvoir payer en chèques vacances.

BON RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX

Très joli site. Personnel agréable. Chambre spacieuse (nous avions pris la Standard). Seuls points négatifs : douche avec rideau (mériterait une paroi de douche) et petit déjeuner (14€) mériterait plus de choix. Toutefois, nous retournerons dans cet hotel lors de notre prochain passage.

Hôtel surprenant et très bon restaurant

Quand on arrive on est un peu surpris par la façade mais ensuite le lieu et la chambre sont au rendez-vous. Literie très confortable. Restaurant à recommander surtout l œuf cocotte aux truffes. On a regretter le manque de cocktails à la carte des apéro. Sinon service agréable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour le choix et pas assez de fait maison.

Chose it fro proximity to airport to drop off rental car and access to airport next day thinking there would be some sort of shuttle/public transport to the two nearest towns Chambery and Aix-Les-Bains. Much to our surprise there was no such transport. The hotel was basic but very expensive for what was on offer. The restaurant food was OK but overpriced for the quality. In retrospect I would have made alternative arrangements to drop off rental car the same day as using airport.

Quality Hotel Le Cervolan is a French style 'premier Inn / travel inn'. The staff are excellent and use as much English as they can but the building is a little abused. The rooms are spacious and beds are king size. Breakfast is of good quality, with a help yourself selection and typical continental style. However they also serve scrambled eggs and bacon which is a bonus. Will i stay here with my family again? yes. it does what it says on the tin...

Hôtel bien dans ensemble,mais quelques défauts,forte odeur de cigare dans la chambre(insupportable),petit déjeuner au prix d un repas(14€),il faut passer entre les tables de la salle à manger pour accéder aux chambres ,et des chambres pour aller à la piscine.

Un Hotel 3 étoiles

Nous avons très bien été reçus, personnels agréables et accueillants. La chambre était propre ; par contre, la configuration de la salle de bain est à revoir. Il fallait avoir la taille d'un enfant pour se regarder dans la glace. Le bain remuant à l'extérieur ne donnait pas envie, trop d"herbes et de choses flottantes.
