Belle prestation

Calme.Très proche centre ville et parc à proximité. Arrêt de bus devant l'immeuble. Heureusement que notre voiture rentre tout juste dans le garage mis à disposition car places payantes (sauf le samedi après midi et dimanche) aux alentours comme indiquée dans l'annonce.

Très agréable séjour Le bâtiment est magnifique Les parties communes et le jardin sont grandioses L’appartement au rez-de-chaussée quoique un peu sombre est très confortable et agréable Le patio donnant sur le jardin est appréciable à tous moments de la journée Les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute et disponible s Les 2 seuls points négatifs qui ne dépendent ni des propriétaires ni de l’appartement sont ; L’aménagement devant le bâtiment dont la finition en retard pose des problèmes de déchargement des véhicules Le ramassage défectueux de la municipalité concernant les poubelles et bacs jaunes qui sont saturés en permanence En dehors de l’appartement qui nous a plu, l’environnement a de nombreux points positifs : La facilité à pied pour atteindre le centre ville et les thermes et surtout le bois Vidal jouxtant l’immeuble permettant des balades un peu sportives dans un cadre très préservé En conclusion nous formulons une appréciation très positive À recommander

bel appartement. bon séjour

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Fonctionnel, décoré avec goût, bien équipé, bonne literie. et calme la nuit. Le petit classeur expliquant le fonctionnement des appareils est une très bonne idée. Le temps un peu frisquet ne m'a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse. L'immeuble n'a pas terminé les travaux de réfection du jardin. La vue sera plus sympathique une fois qu'il aura retrouvé sa destination initiale. Le garage est un plus mais nos voitures actuelles ayant tendance à être plus imposantes qu'avant il est plus adapté aux petites voitures. L'appartement est juste au dessus d'un parc et à côté du centre ville.
