Incompréhensible Pas de télé sans la chambre. 65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance. Pas de restaurant a proximité. Prise de chambre jusqu'à 18h00 pour avoir qq de physiquement présent. Un cadeau que j'ai fais a mes beaux parents mais déçu au global au regard du prix. "Pas cohérent avec l’annonce. Information , adresse numero de téléphone et endroit piur ce garer non conforme a ce qu’il avait sur le site.Ne repondait pas à mes attentes!. Chambre rien .. aucuns confort aucune recherche de goût !. salle de bain pas d’effort sur la propreté moisissure et calcaire!. Je n’y suis pas restée et n’ai pas demander à me faire rembourser!. Je ne recommande en aucun cas sauf pour des personnes non regardante!."

"We never met any staff. Because we were travelling by rail and had limited access to wifi, and because I did not read the entire message, telling us to message the hotel before arriving, there was a delay in getting into our room. Please note, it is not a normal hotel with a lobby + front desk to check you in. At least, not while we were there. When we got in to the proper room, the accommodation was clean and fine. Now that we know how it works, we would stay here again. "

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Loved all the amenities in the bar area (screens, darts, games etc) which made our stay really fun (especially during the World Cup). Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely to have a pool, spa and gym too (although the gym was quite small). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!!"
